  • Our Aged Care Connectors services currently cover the Sydney South West region including seven local government areas (LGAs) of Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly and Canterbury-Bankstown. Over 1.2million people are living in this region, 51% speak a language other than English at home, and the population aged 65 or over is projected to increase by 52% by 2041.

  • Our Aged Care Connectors service is always 100% free for you. If you choose a provider we recommend, they pay us a small fee, but our guidance and matching are based entirely on your care needs and preferences. If we can’t find the right provider fit, we’ll still share our knowledge and tips to help you connect with a trusted, quality service.
